Cinco de Dudley
We’re all about reasons to celebrate right now, and Cinco de Mayo (on Taco Tuesday, no less) is the easygoing kind of holiday we love. We’re celebrating Dudley-style, with some homemade guac & chips and this low-maintenance take on the margarita that draws on ingredients you probably already have.
The Dudleyrita
1 shot tequila (we like Casamigos Blanco)
Juice from 1 lime
Can lemon or lime seltzer
Combine tequila, lime juice and about half the seltzer in a shaker with ice—shake gently to account for the bubbles! Pour into a festive glass, with or without ice, and top with remaining seltzer to your taste.
