Don’t know about you, but when temps drop, our appetite for books spikes. Though we love to read on the regular, there’s something about fall that makes us want to cozy up with a good book and cancel our plans.

On our nightstands right now? Two juicy reads from local Connecticut authors Lauren Weisberger and Beatriz Williams. Complete with vivid characters, power struggles and enough intrigue to keep the pages turning. We also love when recognizing their local shoutouts (like literary celebrity sightings!), and of course supporting these great writers in our midst.
